Ecco la mail di risposta alla lettera che abbiamo inviato ai nostri amici in Romania.

                                                                                                                   

 Campina , novembre 2015

Ciao  a tutti,

scusate il ritardo ma purtroppo a scuola non abbiamo internet e questa settimana non ho avuto tempo per rispondervi.

In Romania non ci sono molte ricette come in Italia;  ho parlato con le insegnanti e  mi hanno consigliato la  più nota che è quella del “ Sarmale”.

La canzone natalizia che tutti i bimbi cantano  è” Domn, Domn” della quale vi invio la musica e le parole.

Che bello che voi possiate preparare i cibi a scuola , a noi dispiace ma  non possiamo cucinare perché ci mancano le attrezzature.

Le vostre idee mi sono piaciute tantissimo e spero anch i’o un giorno di poter visitare con i miei bambini i posti dove si fanno i cibi tradizionali.

Molti miei bambini non sanno cosa sia  la cucina,  qualcuno ha il forno a gas mentre molti di loro usano delle stufe di terracotta.

Hello to all,
sorry for the delay but unfortunately we do not have Internet at school and this week I have not had time to answer you.


In Romania there aren't so many recipes as in Italy; I talked to the teachers and I was advised that the best known is the "Sarmale".
The Christmas song that has all the kids sing "Domn, Domn" ,I will send the music and the words.
How nice that you can prepare food at school, we are sorry but we cannot cook because we lack the equipment.
Your ideas I liked a lot and I hope one day I could visit with my children the places where they make traditional foods.
Many of my children do not know what a kitchen is, someone has the gas oven while many of them use clay stoves.

מצטער על העיכוב אך למרבה הצער אין לנו אינטרנט בבית הספר, והשבוע לא היה לי זמן להגיב.
ברומניה יש מתכונים רבים כמו באיטליה; דיברתי עם המורים ויועץ לי שידוע ביותר הוא "Sarmale".
שיר חג המולד כי יש את כל הילדים לשיר "Domn, Domn" שישלח את המוזיקה ומילות.
כמה נחמד שאתה יכול להכין אוכל בבית הספר, אנחנו מצטערים אבל אנחנו לא יכולים לבשל, כי אין לנו את הציוד.
הרעיונות שלך אהב מאוד ואני מקווה שיום אחד לבקר עם ילדי המקומות שבם הם עושים מאכלים מסורתיים שלי.
רבים מהילדים שלי לא יודעים מה המטבח, למישהו יש תנור הגז בעוד רבים מהם משתמשים בתנורי חימר.

Bună ziua tuturor,
Ne pare rău pentru întârziere dar, din păcate nu avem Internet la școală și în această săptămână nu am avut timp pentru a răspunde.
În România există multe retete ca în Italia; Am vorbit cu profesorii și am fost informat că mai cunoscut este "sarmale".
Cantecul de Crăciun, care are toate copiii cântă "Domn, Domn", care va trimite muzica si cuvintele.
Ce bine că vă puteți pregăti mâncare la școală, ne pare rău, dar nu putem găti pentru că ne lipsește echipamentul.
Ideile tale mi-a placut foarte mult si sper o zi pentru a vizita cu copiii mei locurile în care acestea fac produsele alimentare tradiționale.
Mulți dintre copiii mei nu știu ce bucatarie, cineva are cuptorul cu gaz în timp ce multe dintre ele folosesc sobe de lut.
